Another Art class assignment!

This is the watercolor painting of my lineart drawing, Essence of the Ocean. Keep in mind, this is not the final phase. The final version is done with acrylic paint on canvas, this is merely the rough draft. It won't be a while until I'll get to post the final version, because our art teacher doesn't give back squat until the end of the school year. >_< So until then, this will have to suffice.

This is my first full-on watercolor painting, I know there are a million things wrong with it, so some constructive criticism would be very helpful.
